The feast of St. Martin Day is a Czech celebration of good food and drink - it’s a time to acknowledge the changing of the seasons from Autumn to Winter, when, according to this country’s weather lore, St. Martin will bring the first snowflakes.
On 11/8 from 2-6PM, we’ll be throwing our own St. Martin’s Day feast - Chef Josef will be cooking up a full pig, with sides of pickled veggies, sourdough bread and potato salad.
Pre-purchase a plate for our St. Martin Day May feast now - minimal will be available for walk up purchase. Plates will be available for pick up anytime between 2-6PM. The taproom is still open to all during the pig roast - but a ticket will be required for food that day!
