We’ll be celebrating May Day on 5/2 to kick off Spring, featuring a pig roast from Schnitzel Joe, serving up some shandies and Aroidish here with their plant propagations. May Day is traditionally a holiday of love in Czech, and we’ll be honoring that with our love of food and beer!
Chef Josef will be cooking up a full pig, with sides of pickled veggies, sourdough bread and potato salad. Pre-purchase a plate for the Pig Roast now - minimal will be available for walk up purchase.
Pig Roast plates will be available for pick up anytime between 2-6PM.
